Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vexed Mind. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Vexed Mind ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Vexed Mind is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Vexed Mind is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
RETURNS
We offer refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
An image of the damaged product (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, but instead provide a refund so you can repurchase a product.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
Gift cards
Scrap products (products that have been discounted because of flaws)
Once you email Customer.Service@vexedmind.com about a return, we will send you an email to notify you that we are in the process of refunding your account, have refunded you, or to request additional information. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
We do not require items to be returned before issuing a refund.
If we would like to view the product, we may request a return shipment, which will be covered by Vexed Mind.
